A report of a person armed with a shotgun Monday afternoon triggered a heavy police presence at a commercial plant in Windsor’s west end.

After receiving reports of an armed individual shortly after 1:30 p.m., approximately 20 responding Windsor police units surrounded Canadian Electro Coating, an automotive tool & die plant located in the 900 block of Prince Road.
